Breast Revision

Patient Details

Bilateral submuscular 350cc saline implants by another plastic surgeon and developed bilateral capsular contractures (worse on her left). I revised her by performing bilateral capsulectomies (removal of the scar tissue capsules) and replacing her implants with 375cc Mentor Smooth Moderate Plus Profile saline implants. I also repaired her umbilical (belly button) hernia. She is seen 4 months post-op.
