Patient Details

Bilateral peri-areolar submuscular saline augmentation by another plastic surgeon in 2010 and then a replacement for smaller implants in 2011. She felt like her implants were always too big and also developed a left capsular contracture. I revised her by performing a removal of her 350 cc saline implants, capsulectomies (removal of the scar tissue capsules) and bilateral mastopexies (Breast Lift) She is 3 months post-op.
